The main difference I noticed is that my app now looks a little different to what it did before. 1 User data consists of activity history, waypoints, courses, routes and tracks.
After the second beep release the remaining buttons. After the first beep release the Start button.
Power the watch on while holding these buttons. The latest Android Garmin Connect update (4.2) rendered my Watch (Forerunner 735XT)/Phone (Xperia X Compact, Android 7.1.1) useless Continuous sync failures, I was even not able to do settings like Watch face, etc. Time will tell when I next do a workout to see if it actually uploads rather than manual entry. Press and hold the Down, Start, and Back buttons. Whatever I did seems to have fixed the issue, at least I can see my HR, sleep, steps calories etc being synced to my iPhone unlike before. Access the Menu: Android Select (top left) iOS: Select More (bottom right) Select Garmin Devices. Turn on Pulse Ox Tracking During Sleep or All-Day Pulse Ox Tracking. The device will display your oxygen saturation as a percentage. The only things I changed were uploading a manual workout which then seemed to work and also opting in to the anonymous data sharing to Garmin (I did this just before uploading the workout). Allow the watch to calculate your Pulse Ox. In the mean time I had a play around to see if I could get it sorted. So I contacted Garmin support and they told me that there is already a ticket for this issue and for me to send my reports with a reference to add to the list.
